| a brief explanation. You placed the order (last) Friday night at 9:30 PM online on our website. The next business day when shipments move was YESTERDAY (Tuesday) due to the Holiday. You were contacted yesterday (Tuesday) and we left you a message to contact us ASAP regarding the shipment. Shawn contacted you yet again this morning talking to your Dad at length informing him that the flywheel was on BO and asking that you contact us ASAP as we were planning on sending everything else (which was in stock) our Next day air today and that we would "attempt" to have the flywheel drop shipped from another manufacturer. Your dad said OK. 5 pm rolls around and the FedEx truck has come and gone with your items on it Next Day Air. We still haven't heard from you. Shawn calls you yet again and this time talks to you and lets you know that we were unable to find an RPS flywheel anywhere in stock due to RPS moving locations and a serious backlog of orders. We offered you the option of another Flywheel (Competition) which is an all steel flywheel with weight taken out arounf the outside. You declined that option and Shawn offered to spend some time in the morning looking for a RPS flywheel and if he can't find it he said he would refund the entire purchase price of the flywheel and some of the shipping. Just a few minutes after he got off the phone with you for the last time this post pops up. Please tell me if any of the above information is incorrect as I strongly beleive it is accurate. I'm also still waiting to be contacted to do whatever it is you need us to do.
